DeMokoJumbies LLC is a cultural arts organization dedicated to preserving, teaching, and celebrating the rich traditions of Caribbean Moko Jumbie culture through performance, education, visual artistry, and community engagement.

Founded by Joombie Chuckie (Charles Forest Watts Jr.), DeMokoJumbies transforms traditional stilt walking into immersive cultural experiences that inspire audiences of all ages.

Born and raised in St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands, Charles began learning the art of Moko Jumbie stilt walking as a youth. What began as curiosity grew into a lifelong passion and commitment to preserving a tradition that has existed for generations.

Today, DeMokoJumbies serves as both a performance company and a cultural platform, creating experiences that blend artistry, movement, education, and storytelling.
